Our company pays particular attention to the protection of the confidentiality of users, adopting all necessary measures, in compliance with the regulations on privacy and protection of personal data. A. Data Controller and Data Protection Manager

B. Processed personal data, purposes, legal basis for processing and retention times
Purposes: B1: Activation of time-based Beta version of the product “7minutes” and fulfillments related to its use, including the Sending of ‘On boarding’ type communications (for users requesting the free 7Minutes trial, there will be a series of 9 e-mails introducing and accompanying the use of the product)
Legal basis: consent of the interested party
Type of data: personal
Data retention period: for the entire period of validity of the license and thereafter for 60 days.
B2: Subscription to the informative and promotional newsletter sent periodically by the Data Controller via e-mail (the newsletter may contain promotional information on Articulate licenses (renewals and new activations), promotional information on online courses, promotional information on classroom training activities, sending of informative and informative content (Mosaicoelearning blog posts), promotional information on the 7Minutes platform and general information, information on products and services offered by the Data Controller (new courses, features)

Data retention time: for the entire duration of the subscription (To stop receiving the newsletter, simply click on the link “Unsubscribe” present in every email sent by the Owner for this service).
Data processing methods: The data will be processed and stored in paper, computer and telematic modes and will be protected with adequate technical and organizational security measures.
Obligation to provide data: The providing of data is not mandatory. Failure to consent to the purposes indicated in point B1 will make it impossible to download and activate the Beta time version of the product “7minutes”. Failure to consent to the purposes indicated in point B2 does not have any consequences for the interested party, except for the impossibility of being updated on the products and services offered by the Owner.
Recipients of personal data: personal data may be communicated to external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller for the purposes indicated and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Personal data will not be spread. |
